a) To start a new experiment, click the New Experiment button and select the type of tissue to be placed within the organ bath from the Tissue Type list.

b) Click the Record button to start the chart recorder running.

c) Select and apply drugs from the list of available Agonist,  Antagonist or Unknown drugs.
