Meeting started at 11EAT

Members discussed the Executive board meeting that had recently happened. It was suggested that a representative from Kenya should regularly join the Executive board meetings. Patricia and Joyce would alternate attendance. From the EB meeting the following points were presented to the meeting

• A project coordinator would be selected soon
• The Kenya KADI team GitHub would remain active and any relevant minutes would be added to the project confluence space.
• Matt Sanders indicated eagerness to join the Kenya KADI team meetings as some of his roles overlap with the teams work.
• Modeling activities have began under the leadership of Francois, 2 simulations had been completed. Kenya team to reach out to Francois ACT Joyce
• Work Package leaders would soon be reaching out to members to follow upon tasks

The general public to be added as stakeholders in the mapping exercise. Additional questions from past surveys conducted by KMD to be added to the list ACT Pat

Station metadata to be compiled for inclusion in modeling pilot. Joyce to ACT after consulting with Francois

Team to work on a comprehensive coherent picture of observation network of Kenya and the observational capabilities now and anticipate future needs ACT Jorg, Martin, Kennedy
