Thai Stir Fried Spinach With Garlic and Peanuts - joe-possum/recipes GitHub Wiki
Ingredients
- 16 oz fresh spinach
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 oz chicken or vegetable stock
- 1 oz stir fry sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sherry
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced thinly
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup roughly chopped peanuts, or cashews, for topping
Procedure
Mix sauces and stock together.
In large frying pan, sauté garlic 1 minute.
Sauté red pepper 1 minute.
Sauté spinach to coat with garlic.
Add sauce blend and stir fry until cooked down, 2-4 minutes. Stems should retain crisp.
Serve topped with chopped nuts, sesame oil.
