Ingredients
- 7-¾ oz Jasmine rice
- 14 oz can coconut milk
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- ⅛ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp finely chopped ginger
- toasted sliced almond
Procedure
Rinse rice to remove starch, define as dry ingredient after rinsing.
Mix dry ingredients except almonds.
Add coconut milk.
Bring to boil and simmer covered 18 minutes.
Uncover 5 minutes, while toasting almond slices.
Garnish with almond slices.
