Ingredients

  • 4 cod loin fillets
  • 4 oz soy sauce
  • 1½ oz honey
  • 1 oz olive oil
  • ½ oz fresh ginger
  • ½ oz garlic

Procedure

Marinate fillet for 2-3 hours

Smoke at 175-225°F until internal temperature 145°F. (2 - 1 hour)
