Ingredients
- 4 cod loin fillets
- 4 oz soy sauce
- 1½ oz honey
- 1 oz olive oil
- ½ oz fresh ginger
- ½ oz garlic
Procedure
Marinate fillet for 2-3 hours
Smoke at 175-225°F until internal temperature 145°F. (2 - 1 hour)
