Ingredients

  • 4 oz water
  • 1 tsp dry yeast
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup flour

Procedure

Heat water to 115°F.

Add yeast to water, check for bubbles after a few minutes.

Mix flour and salt in bowl.

Stir in yeast water.

Knead for 5-6 minutes to develop gluten.

Form ball of dough.

Oil bowl.

Roll dough ball in bowl to coat.

Place dough in warm place to double in volume.

Punch down. Divide dough into 6 balls. Oil and allow balls to sit for 10 minutes in warm place.

Heat skillet.

Roll out balls and cook in skillet, approximately 2 minutes per side.
