Ingredients

• 2 lb carrots
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
• 1/4 teaspoon paprika
• 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• Dash ground cloves
• Dash cayenne pepper

Procedure

Slice carrots into 2 inch pieces, halve, quarter lengthwise as required.

Toss carrot pieces with oil and spices.

Air fry, 400°F 25 minutes.
