Ingredients

• 6 oz orange juice
• 6 oz soy sauce
• 1.5 oz olive oil
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
• 1 clove garlic
• 1/2 tablespoon fresh oregano
• 1/2 tablespoon ground pepper
• 2 6 oz tuna steaks

Procedure

Blend herbs and garlic, mix with citrus juices, olive oil and soy sauce.

Marinate tuna steaks 24 h

Oil grate. Grill at 450 for 5 minutes, baste with marinade and turn. Cook additional 5 minutes.
