• 8 oz okra
• 2 tbsp butter (melt)
• 2 tbsp Creole Seasoning

Procedure

Construct rafts of parallel okra with two skewers.

Coat with melted butter.

Coat with seasoning.

Grill until charred. 2 minutes each side.
