Ingredients
- 1 red onion
- ½ weight of onion of dried arbol chilies
- 1 clove garlic / oz onion
- lime juice
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Remove seeds and stems from chilies.
- Dry toast chilies, 1 minute per side.
- Soak chilies in hot water, 15 minutes.
- chop onion and garlic
- Saute onion 5 minutes.
- Add garlic, 1 minute.
- Place ingredients in food processor, blend until smooth.
