Chicken Alfredo - joe-possum/recipes GitHub Wiki
- 16 oz boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 8 oz mushrooms
- 2 red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 15 oz jar Bertoli Creamy Basil Alfredo sauce
- 12 oz H‑E‑B Broccoli Florets
- ⅓ lb uncooked fettuccine
- 2 tablespoons shredded fresh [Parmesan cheese]
Slice chicken thighs and place in bottom of Instant Pot.
Slice mushrooms and layer over chicken.
Slice red bell peppers and layer over mushroom.
Drizzle dry sherry over layers.
Pour Alfredo sauce over layers.
Cook on low for 6 hours.
Set water for fettuccine to boil.
Set Instant Pot to high.
Stir in broccoli.
Boil fettuccine to readiness.
Drain fettuccine and stir into Instant Pot.
Serve with shredded Parmesan.
