Ingredients

Procedure

  • Bring 2 quarts water + ½ tbsp salt to boil
  • saute pancetta in Lodge to render fat
  • Blanch brussels sprouts for 2 minutes
  • remove sauted pancetta
  • Saute brussels sprouts
  • Reintroduce pancetta after a few minutes
  • Add nuts for final minute
