Brussels Sprouts with Garlic, Balsamic and Soy - joe-possum/recipes GitHub Wiki
Ingredients
- 16 oz brussels sprouts
- 1 oz extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 2 oz balsamic vinegar
- ¼ oz fresh lime juice, plus more for serving
- ⅛ oz soy sauce
Procedure
Preheat air-frier to 400°F.
Preheat vegetable steamer.
Halve or quarter brussels sprouts according to size.
Steam for 1 minute.
Oil and salt brussels sprouts then transfer to air-frier. 10 minutes, repositioning periodically.
Reduce balsamic vinegar until syrupy. 3 minutes.
Remove from heat, add olive oil, lime juice and soy sauce. Emulsify.
Sprinkle garlic over brussels sprouts and fry until golden, 2 minutes.
Plate brussels sprouts. Drizzle dressing over.
