Ingredients
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 yellow onions sliced
- 24 oz pork tenderloin cut to 1½ inch chunks
- 28 oz can diced tomato
- 12 oz jalepeño peppers
- 4 oz seranno peppers
- 12 oz can Tupp's Backyard Bock
Spices
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 2 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp white pepper
Procedure
Fry cumin seeds, then sauté onion until translucent. Transfer to Instant Pot.
Brown pork chunks. Transfer to Instant Pot.
Add canned tomato and spices. Slow cook 4 hours.
Add jalepeño and seranno peppers and beer. Slow cook 2 hours.
