Resolution

1. Take the number and check in CBS with starter pack check query
2. If the status_v column is P, proceed to step 3
3. Search for the number in logical_resources in DCLM, when searching for starter packs you prefix the msisdn with 0 i.e 0547558499
4. If the resourceStatus of the starte pack is Reserved, proceed to step 5
5. Search for the number in the product collections in DCLM, if record is found, proceed to step 6
6. Check the status of the product, if status is created, update to active
