Note: We need to be focusing our exercises on specific skills in the TCL, however, it will take us some time to get those prioritized. We know there are specific technical issues we need to address so in the short term, most exercises are targeted at those skills. As we get a deeper understanding of the tasks in the UTL, drills will focus more on those.

Target capabilities for later drills and exercises are likely to change. Weird letter-number combinations like ResB4 refer to specific targeted capabilities.
