This is related to the webapp frameworks, but more oriented toward making static pages that could possibly be repurposed into PDFs or other products.

Chief among these are:

The Jekyll source turns into a "Site" and a few other projects. It can also convert a number of existing formats.

There is also the Wiki to PDF converter (also does HTML)
