- $50/hr
- $35,000 max
Invoices shall be submitted by the Contractor, w hich invoices shall indicate:
- The nature of the services rendered (such as statistical analysis of data, participation on project advisory committees, performance of specified services, etc.);
- The dates (and hours, if applicable) that services w ere rendered;
- The relevance of the services to the project if not apparent from the nature of the services; Invoices shall be submitted to:

In terms of Insurance as noted in Exhibit D, section 11., further investigation says: in Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Minimum Insurance Requirements for Contracts: Limits Matrix (March 2021) Section VI. covers software development which is marked in "Further consideration on Limits" as "1,6".
Further Considerations on Limits:
- No insurance is required if work product will be validated by RPI and will be accessed and used only by RPI staff and students.
- No insurance is required unless work product will be accessed and used by external parties (outside the Institute) to make decisions or take action.
- No insurance is required if RPI has 100% control of content/activity.
- No insurance is required unless the training involves physical touching of participants or training involves minors.
- No insurance is required unless supplier brings equipment on site that needs to be set-up i.e., flood lights, tripods, electrical wiring, etc.
- PL and other coverage may be required for larger engagements (over $500,000 and across multiple departments/schools).
