Acess https://www.mixamo.com/ and create a account.
Click on "Upload character" and select your model.

After the upload, you can move or rotate the character with the options on the left corner if it's necessary. I have seen cases where the character was facing the oposite direction, so I had to rotate it.
In this specific model everything is fine, so I not going to do anything.

On the next window you will see a guide in how to put circle markers on the model body parts.

In my specific case I don't need fingers, so I will select the option "No fingers".

After you placed each marker on the right position, select "next".

The next window will show the character animated. If the body looks distorted, you can select "back" and readjust the markers. If it's everything fine, then select "next".

Now select "download" then change "Pose" to "original pose" and download your file.
