Unfortunately Some settings requires opening new window or restarting eclipse to take full effect. Because some css resources are cached, And some CSS properties which are provided by e4 is only works in initialization.

Below settings requires opening new window to take full effect:

• Margins of window
• Drag handles for Toolbar and Trim Stacks.

Opening a new window

In system menu, choose Window > New Window. And close old window.
