CRUBASE
TIPI supports CRU address base >1000 thru >1F00. The second nibble of the cru address base can be set by setting the CRUBASE jumper block.
The jumper block is a 4 bit nibble with most significant bit on the top, labelled as follows:
>1?00
8 [..]
4 [..]
2 [..]
1 [..]
CRUBASE1
The pins on the left are all a pull down to ground.

Myarc Ramdisk (MEXP-1) responds at crubase >1000 and >1900
The following cards are known to have user set CRUBASE:
- Horizon Ramdisk
- IDE
- Mechatronics Gram Karte
- P-Gram
This is not a complete list by any means.
For maximum TIPI functionality, TIPI works best at >1000 if along side an existing floppy controller or >1100 if alone. This allows the DSK1-3, and DSK. <volumename> feature to work.
At higher CRUBASES >1200 - >1F00, "TIPI." and "PI." devices are available, as well as all other low level functionality such as networking features.
