Toggle line comments in a codecell using ´Alt-C´hotkey. Marking several lines will toggle comments for all selected lines.

Note: This functionality is already available in the IPython notebook using Ctrl+/. The reason for adding this extension is that current IPython versions cannot handle some keys for international keyboards.
