Week 11

• During this week I made my last editing on the diagrams.
• Made meeting report number 11, which was also the last meeting report.
• After girls made the last changes on the diagrams, I made a reformation of the requirement and specification draft and than passed it to our group leader.
• Also populated the functional requirements with the specific dates for each task and each member.

Week 10

• We finished the diagrams report and presented it to our professor. Some things needed to be changed and fixed so we all will be working on that.
• Made meeting report number 10, where it was clarified what we decided during our meeting.
• I will also be ready to give my contribution, if help is needed during the left part.

Week 9

This week I was mostly focused on working with the Object diagrams which are some particular set of objects and attributes. I tried to make a logical connection of object diagram with Class, so they can follow up the same idea. Also worked on the meeting report number 9, where it was clarified all the work done from each member of the group.

Week 8

I am currently working on some types of diagrams in order to finish the report on time. It took some time to better understand the function of each diagram and to use it for the right purpose. During this week I will be working again on some types of diagrams. I will make the meeting report number 8 where it will be said everything that we discussed during the meeting.

Week 7

This week we discussed mostly about how we are going to proceed from now on. Our focus was to continue with the schemes, diagrams and use cases for our project.Each group member is going to work with diagrams, so do I. I also made report number 7 where it was specified what was discussed during this week meeting. I will be collaborating with the other group members sharing ideas in order to came with a good final product.

MIDTERM EXAMS

Week 5

• My work of this week consisted on making the Meeting Report 6, where we clarified the things we added as the user scenarios and the accomplishment of the required Lab work.
• As for the Lab, as all the members of the group I gave my contribution.
• I tried to better understand the usage of the UML diagrams, mostly focused on the structure diagram. Three different types of diagrams that I learned were class diagrams, sequence diagrams and state diagrams.
• Another thing that I gave attention to, were the orientation questions for the midterm exam which is coming.

Week 4

During this week we worked on the requirements report and decided to divide all the work for each member. I worked on :

• Project Overview (a summary of our idea, how it will work in general and a entrance to other important parts
• Purpose and scope of the Specification( the reason why we decided to make this project and the scope)
• Product Context ( clarifications on what our project consist on)

And also gave a help on:

• Standards Compliance (how our software will be designed based on the standards)
• Data Management (the way how data efficiency is being used)
• Network and Hardware Interfaces (where this application will be installed and from where you can have access.)

During this week I can say that I feel more confident on the work done and also on the content of the project.But still, I can say that we need more improvements and consultations in order to come with a good product and there is still work to do!

Week 3

This week we made discussions for the idea that we decided. It will be a management system for hotels and we also opened a repository in GitHub and all the team members were invited to collaborate.On the topic selected we decided to make research for this specific topic and see which are the threats and opportunities that the planning of this software will bring. Also we planned what we are going to work on the week that is coming and how the work will be decided to each group member. I decided to make the executive summary and also an overview on what the project consist on.

Week 2

On the second week we made discussions for the project idea that we decided. We opened our GitHub accounts and tried to learn how to use it based on some tutorials on Youtube. Also we tried to make some research on the topics that we chose and we tried to better understand the purpose of the overall project.

Week 1

This is the first week that we gathered and started discussing on ideas to create a software. Firstly we get to know each other suggestions and than we decided that each one of us would try go give a specific idea for a field that they prefer.The proposals were different and mine was to create a personal health monitoring software which would be used to monitor a person’s physical activities and vital signs, and motivating people to be more physically active.After the discussions we decided to choose an idea for the management system of a hotel.
