Multilevel Tokens

Adds several helpful token automation features, particularly (but not only) suited to maps with multiple levels.

Before levels, better roofs, etc... there was multilevel tokens and multiple tokens on a map separated by walls. As I experiment with Mr Ripper's suite of tools I will likely remove this module unless it is required :)
