get_svs_from_seg - jaybgager/tracertools GitHub Wiki

This function gets a list of all the supervoxel IDs associated with a segment ID.

Arguments:

• datastack (string, mandatory)
  • the name of the CAVE datastack the segment belongs to
• seg_id (integer, mandatory)
  • the ID of the segment you want supervoxels for

Returns:

• sv_ids (list of integers)
  • a list of all the supervoxel IDs that currently belong to the segment

Example

The code below gets the supervoxels belonging to the segment 720575941413124779 in the brain_and_nerve_cord datastack.
