This function gets the current segment ID that a known supervoxel belongs to.

Arguments:

• datastack (string, mandatory)
  • the name of the CAVE datastack the supervoxel belongs to
• sv_id (integer, mandatory)
  • the ID of the supervoxel

Returns:

• seg_id (integer)
  • the segment ID that supervoxel currently belongs to
