This function gets the tabular changelog for a given segment as a dataframe.

Arguments:

• datastack (string, mandatory)
  • the name of the CAVE datastack the seg id is from
• seg_id (integer, mandatory)
  • the segment id you want the changelog for

Returns:

• df (pandas DataFrame object)
  • a dataframe of all the changelog information

Example

The code below will get the changelog for the segment 720575941703820762 from the brain_and_nerve_cord datastack.

INPUT:

cl_df = tt.get_seg_changelog(
