Spectral cards.

Spectral cards can be obtained in Spectral Packs, but you will have to use them at that precise moment. If you want to have Spectrals in your consumables bar, you need the Ghost Deck, or with Séance or Sixth Sense to generate a Spectral in your consumables bar.
