Topic Description

Throughout the past few months, many businesses have been forced to adapt in order to survive in a distanced world. I’ve seen small businesses deal with this first hand, reaching into technology for the first time and being unsure on how to proceed, and especially do so safely. My project concept would be to take a small business, real or simulated, and design a network to meet their needs, from web based servers and digital payment systems, to office domains and active directory. The goal would be to design the infrastructure to match the needs of a small business, entering the world of technology, and doing so with a security mindset.
