Legal Concerns and Implications

There are many legal concerns with a project such as our MediBuddy.

• The main concern would be is something would happen to someone that could have been prevented while using the MediBuddy.
• This is overlapping with Ethical in our case because we wouldn't want to be responsible for anything to harm someone as our MediBuddy is to help people.
• This must be more accurate then a phone application for it to be a viable solution.

Mitigation

• To produce this as a real product we would need to have it clinically tested and approved for it to be an acceptable solution for Telemed.
