虚拟机安装完成后，添加一个硬盘做D盘，用来安装程序。 因为c盘的限制比较多。 virtualbox 虚拟机安装完成后需要安装增强工具。

安装配置IIS

安装flash

安装oracle 12c　完成后登录em时需要有flash．

  • win2012安装flash，Server Manager->Manage->Add Roles and Features-> Select there server you want to install the Feature on and
  • under User Interfaces and Infrastructure select Desktop Experience.

win2012安装flash的方式

  • After you install the feature reboot your server.
  • After that you should be able to display flash in the browser.
