与ProE集成

  • TC10.1 与ProE集成的安装 ProE集成10.1.0.1版本

安装前准备

  • 支持的操作系统

    • 客户端 Windows7 和 Windows8.x 64位Windows需要安装vc++再分发库。
    • 服务器 Windows , HP Itnium, Sun Solaris, IBM AIX, Linux

  • 对应的TC版本 TC9.1.3.2以上，和TC10.1.2.2以上

    • 客户端安装目录需要有写权限。

  • PTC软件版本

    • Creo 1.0 M050以上 和 Creo 2.0 M110以上。
    • 对Creo安装目录的写权限
    • 必须安装J-Link API Toolki位于安装软件是API Toolkit下。

安装过程

  • 停止所有活动的会话连接

  • 在Windows下启动安装，执行ipemsetup.exe

  • 在Unix下启动安装， sh ./ipemsetup.bin

    • redhat启动不成功，　错误提示Graphical installer are not supported by the VM
    • 解决方式：
      • Install the missing 32-bit dependencies via the following command
      • Run the installation process with the systems default 64-bit JRE
yum install libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0 
./setup.bin LAX_VM /usr/bin/java

  • 选择TC版本

    • 选择Teamcenter10.1

  • 选择安装类型

    • 客户端安装选择 Typical Client Installation
    • 4层服务端选择 Typical Server Installation

  • 选择安装目录

    • 客户端 d:\siemens\ipem
    • 服务器 /tcapp/ipem

  • 选择启动菜单 默认 Teamcenter Integration

  • 选择启动目录，本地临时目录 d:\siemens\creo

  • 选择 TC_ROOT的目录 d:\siemens\Teamcenter10

  • 选择服务器端的TC_DATA目录

  • 安装集成的查询和首选项Yes

  • 输入TC系统管理员帐号密码

  • 安装集成服务库文件 Yes

  • 选择BMIDE模版文件存放目录（服务端）/tcapp/ipem

  • 选择TC胖客户端portal文件夹 d:\siemens\Teamcenter10\protal

  • 选择TC胖客户端临时目录 d:\siemens\temp

  • 选择TC FCC或者TCCS目录

  • 选择TC IIOP服务目录（2层）

  • 选择Creo root目录 d:\siemens\creo2\parametric

  • 输入Creo的启动命令参数

  • 选择JRE目录，必须64位JRE

  • 配置JT转换

  • 安装确认

  • 开始安装

安装后配置

  • 加载集成的BIMDE模版
    • 启动TEM
    • 特征维护
