I thought I wrote about this before esoterically. Since I can't find it I will make an esoteric writing here referencing the concept I call "The Medici Cyphers".

It was observed that the states listed: Luxembourg, Andorra, Liechtenstein, San Marino, Monaco, and the Vatican City; have been constitutionally without "sin", in the sense of the defaulting of bankrupts, and they have also not themselves "pardoned" any money debtors. This is simply because they have not printed any money for which they would also determine the value.
