Cleaning the house:

  1. UI
  2. Security: This includes password and access keys (stored in key vaults)
  3. Dev-ops: how to package and migrate Guzzle config from one env to other. We expect customer to Devt and Prod setup.
  4. Regression suite: complete and keep the core regression suite complete
  5. Exception handling: We have to get better handling different exceptions.
  6. Market place and metering
  7. Schema drift
  8. HDP integration for on-premise sources , JSON

Future

  1. Making it more Azure native - key vaults , logs , Azure SQL WH / SQL as target and source (apart from ADLS) - via JDBC they are working but have to check on performance and tuning params
  2. Wizard based import of the sources - to quickly rampup somee of the sources
  3. Connectors - we have to get some critical apps in - we can't go with zero for Dec, which means cdata integration
  4. CDC support for database using logs
