This page archives the scripts from trans-ancestry PGS for Native Hawaiians. BridgePRS (https://github.com/clivehoggart/BridgePRS/tree/main) and PRS-csx (https://github.com/getian107/PRScsx?tab=readme-ov-file) were the main methods to predict PGS in Native Hawaiians. For the PRS-csx, reference panel for the Native Hawaiians was built.
