To get template attributes, open the console with the F12 key and type canvas.scene.templates in and hit enter. Expand the info that appears for a placed template, and attributes will be in the value subsection.

If you have Mass Edit installed, you can instead use canvas.templates.controlled[0] to get the attributes from your selected light.
