Stop Additional Tiles Triggering

Stops the triggering of any other tiles that have a lower priority than the tile running this action.

Trigger priority is determined by these steps, in order:

1. Distance to when they were triggered.
2. Trigger methods, in order; elevation, rotation, movement, exit, enter, stop.
3. Z-index (the Sort field on the Basic tab of tile configuration). This has nothing to do with the elevation of the tile, MATT doesn't look at that).
