When you encounter the HTTP error 500 during your wonderful experience with IBAdmin application (check the screenshot below) it means you've came across a Bug undiscovered till now. Congratulations! You, as a new bug explorer, have a chance to carefully describe this bug and share it with us - Inteos support. This allow us to fix it in the next releases to make all happy and to build the better world. Think about it!

For a proper description of your discovery we advise you to check your email at "root@localhost" in your backup server. This email should be titled something like this: [Django] ERROR (EXTERNAL IP): Internal Server Error: ...

The contents of this email and detailed steps how to reproduce it will help us to solve this mysterious riddle. You can report it at the Issues page of the project.

In the mean time we want to apologize if this discovery wasn't what you expected and we know that in most cases it is not. We hope that we will fix this error very quickly and, if you wish, you will be noted as the first one who made this discovery.
