Ways of working

Issues are assigned to users and they are responsible for tracking its status in the connected project
Branch naming: <initials>/<issue_no>/<summary>, e.g. as/#1/add-custom-issue-template
Commit naming: <issue_no>: <summary>, e.g. #1: add bug template
PRs should always target DEV, squash commits if possible
PR title should be the ticket title (in English)
PRs should have two approvals, one from a colleague and one from one of the mentors
If the PR is not 100% done & ready, it should be draft
