Hiring plan

Inteacc HCM Hiring system has a planning engine to automatically generate the hiring plan with pre-defined rules and standards of the company.

Hiring process steps tracker

Hiring steps in the hiring plan are generated automatically when a hiring plan is created. It is created based on the hiring plan configuration used. when a hiring plan is created the first activity is updated as "ready for action" = true while all other action items are updated as false. When a user updates the finish date of the activity, it automatically updates the next action "ready for action" and brings in the "toDo" list of the HR coordinator.

When the user loads this screen, the system automatically displays only those tasks which is owned by the user as HR coordinator and it is ready for action by default.

The hiring steps which are not an interview or not a test can be updated directly from the tracker. However, if the hiring plan step is related to an interview or test then the "Update" button will not open the status update screen rather the user will get information that it is not editable directly from the tracker. The completion status is integrated with the status of the respective test scheduled. When all tests of the hiring process step are complete, the hiring process step status will automatically be updated.

Interview schedule

Schedule interviews for the short-listed candidates. When you select a hiring request, the system will automatically select the right next hiring plan step as well as load all the short-listed applicants to set the interview date-time.

InterviewSchedule

To select interviewers, select the tab "Interviewers" and click the selection button which will show up the interviewers. You can select one or many by clicking the checkbox and hitting OK to populate them all in the interview of the interview schedule.

Interview - Assessment

The concept is, that the interviewers will log in to the Inteacc HR system when interviewing and update the scores in real time.

When the score in qualitative assessment is done by the interviewer, the software system automatically calculates the total score in real time.

Selection

For selection, you will find an Edit button to select the candidate and update the decision. If you select the candidate this edit button will be editable click it to open a dialog to edit

The candidates will be selected or put in pipelines (waiting list) from the next best candidates so that in case the selected candidate refuses to accept the job offer, the management can select from the pipelines.
