Allows BIRT JavaScript code to create an error message that shows up at the end of the report. These error messages will show up as standard BIRT exceptions.

The following BIRT JavaScript in a report will add these two errors to the bottom of the report output.

// this error will show the message.
CustomFunctions.ThrowException("User Thrown Error", reportContext);

// this error will show up as an unhandled error.
// the message shows up deep in the stack trace (click on the plus, in the report)
CustomFunctions.ThrowException("Error Thrown No Message");
