Types of pressure pot

Good - Wing nut / butterfly nut fastening

After a lot of community feedback this style pressure pot has much lower rates of failure - look out for the wing nut / butterfly nut fastening on the top. The nut is the contact point to the lid. These style pots tend to be slightly more expensive but an extra $30 is more than worth it for the additional build quality and safety.

Bad - G-clamp fastening

This style is generally a bit cheaper which may be attractive, however many users have found the G clamp threads to eventually give way leading to explosive decompression of the chamber.
