Business Rule CALCDTLIVE-4 is referenced twice. Once in 7.5 to calculate Latest Conflict End Interval Date, and once at the end saying it is removed. Which is it? is it removed or used?

in a similar issue, business rule CALCDTINT-1, used for calculating the patient reference dose date (PRDD), sets the PRDD to the most recent previous vaccine dose administered, and in the conditions it references 'The vaccine dose administered'. Is 'The vaccine dose administered' referencing the previous VDA that the PRDD will be set to, or is is referencing the current VDA the dataModel is looking at? unclear.
