UAEN Override AI

The Community Library replaces the AI for all UAEN agents (Deep Ones, Ghasts, Orc Upstarts, and Vampires) with the Universal Agent AI. Any mod can modfiy the behaviour of these units, adding new challenges and rituals, or preventing them from performing one they normally could.
