What is Simploy?

Simploy is a full-stack application for job seekers and employers to connect in a fast and efficient manner using a special skill matching interface. Employers can post and manage jobs with a specified number of skills, and view resumes associated with a number of skills posted by job seekers. Similarly, job seekers can post and manage their resume, and search for jobs posted by employers that have the same skill set requirement. In addition to the core features, both users can edit their profile accordingly.
