Reference for SPI Flash Memory in RevE rebooted

ChameleonMini RevE Rebooted external SPI Flash memory chip is supposed to be a 8Mbits Adesto AT45DB081D-SSU one.

However, as can be read in issue #42, some users found chips with less memory size that might be AT45DB041D (4Mbits).

ChameleonMini RevE Rebooted firmware will support AT45DBXX1D and AT45DBXX1E with all memory sizes starting at 4Mbits. You can check the size of yours by activating (in Makefile) and using MEMORYINFO debug command from terminal or GUI (see commands reference here).
