License to be updated when MA updates the MSL license.

Pipe revision is in progress by Bram and Michael.

Library restructuring

On hold due to other ongoing work.

Update of reference results to Dymola 2018

Michael will update travis directly to Dymola 2018 FD01 when it is released rather than using Dymola 2018 in the interim. This is fine with the other library developers.
