Note: You will need uBlock Origin installed. If you want to install my filters in AdGuard, see this.
First, go to the filter you want to add and click raw: Then copy the url:

Open the uBlock Origin dashboard. You can do this by clicking on the uBlock Origin icon, and then clicking on the gear:

Then click on the "Filterlists" tab, click "Import...", and paste the URL:
