• Most data access is done through CAVEclient. They provide a few tutorials:

• We have a set of FANC-specific python tools in this repo. Get started by checking out the example notebooks.
• nglui is a nice library for programmatically generating neuroglancer states that show specific things (neurons, synapses, etc) that you’re interested in. See statebuilder_examples to get started.
