Spring Installation Procedure Spring Example Code

Step 1 - Setup Java Development Kit (JDK)
         http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html
Step 2 - Setup Eclipse IDE
         https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/oomph/epp/oxygen/R2/eclipse-inst-win64.exe
Step 3 - install MySQL and create table
         https://dev.mysql.com/get/Downloads/MySQL-5.5/mysql-5.5.58-win32.msi
   run: mysql -u root -p  with password
   create database userdb;
   CREATE TABLE user(
   USER_ID   INT NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT,
   FIRST_NAME VARCHAR(20) NOT NULL,
   LAST_NAME VARCHAR(20) NOT NULL,
   GENDER VARCHAR(20) NOT NULL,
   CITY VARCHAR(20) NOT NULL,
   PRIMARY KEY (USER_ID)
);
REPLACE INTO `user` (`user_id`, `first_name`, `last_name`, `gender`, `city`) VALUES

Step 4 - Download all libraries
         1.Apache Common Logging API: 
             http://www-eu.apache.org/dist//commons/logging/binaries/commons-logging-1.2-bin.zip
         2. Spring package: 
             https://repo.spring.io/release/org/springframework/spring/5.0.2.RELEASE/spring-framework-5.0.2.RELEASE-dist.zip
         3. download mysql connector:
             https://dev.mysql.com/get/Downloads/Connector-J/mysql-connector-java-5.1.45.zip
         
Setp 5 - Creat a Project: Dynamic Web Project
        and add libraries above into lib directory.
Web.xml for define  <web-app> /<servlet> 
Bean.xml/spring-servlet.xml for define <beans> /<bean>
